Platinum Games’ Vanquish out on October 19 in America

Vanquish will be hitting US shores on October 19 on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, a few days earlier than the Japanese release of Platinum’s next epic game. Additionally, GameStop will have an exclusive pre-order offer called the “Tri-Weapon pack” which will gives players three extra weapons: the “Boost Machine Gun,” “Anti-Armor Pistol” and the “Laser Cannon.”

Euro special edition of Dead Rising 2 includes zombie toy

Typically, the special edition food chain goes something like this: Japan > America > Europe. This time however, Europe will be seeing the best special edition for Dead Rising 2 called the “The Outbreak Pack.” How so? Well it’s coming with a 12″ zombie figurine with accessories such as a Servbot head. So. Awesome.
The special edition set will also come with a download token for a bonus theme pack as well as extra content for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. This special edition of Dead Rising 2 will hit Europe exclusively on October 1 while the lame regular edition for America will be out September 28.
At least the US version will be getting a ninja costume bonus. That’s cool too, I guess.
